Will the benefits on my business banking account change? 

We are excited to say that the benefits you currently enjoy with your business banking account will stay the same. Whether it’s a business checking, savings or money market, the benefits you enjoy now will not change. 

Will my business banking account number change? 

No, your business banking account number will not change. 

Will the bank’s routing number change? 

No, the OMB routing number will still be the same. 

Will I need new checks and deposit slips for my business? 

No, you will not need to order new checks or deposit slips. 

Will I receive a new business debit card? 

No, you will not be receiving a new business debit card as part of this conversion and your current debit card number will remain the same. 

Will the PIN on my business debit card change? 

No, your business debit card PIN will not change. 

Will the statement date for my business banking account change? 

Your statement cycle will not change. 

When will I receive new statements for my checking and savings accounts and will their format change? 

As part of the conversion, the formatting of your statement will change. More information on how to read this new statement will be provided. A final statement from OMB’s current core provider will cut on June 16 and accrued interest will be posted to your account. Any service charges accrued from June 1-16 will appear on this statement and any service charges accrued from June 17-30 will appear on your new statement. 

When will the cutoff time be for ACH and wire transfers? 

The cutoff time for ACH and wire transfers will be 2 p.m. June 15. Any ACH or wire transfers submitted after this time may not be processed. 

Will the fees associated with my business banking account change? 

Fees associated with your business banking account are not changing. 

Will there be a new business banking mobile app? 

Yes, there is a new business banking mobile app. Most business customers will use the new OMB app found by searching “OMB” in the App Store and Google Play. Customers who transition to our new Treasury Services department will use our new OMB Business app found by searching “OMB Business” in the App store and Google Play. Once you have downloaded the new app and successfully logged in you may remove the old app from your device. 

When will the current business online banking system and business banking mobile app no longer be accessible? 

Your access to the current online business banking system and business banking mobile app will end at 3 p.m. on June 16. You will need to begin using the new online banking system and/or business banking mobile app to access your business banking online account when it becomes available on June 20. 

Will I be able to access my accounts through online or mobile banking during the conversion process? 

You will not be able to access your business banking online account during the conversion process. Access to your online account will end at 3 p.m. on June 16. 

Will I need to re-enroll in business online banking? 

You will not need to re-enroll in business online banking following the conversion. 

Will I have a new business online banking username and password? 

Your business online banking username will remain the same. You will have a new temporary password which you will use to log in for the first time following the conversion. This password will be provided to you. Upon your initial login you will be prompted to create a new password. 

Will my Intuit access inside online banking go away? 

The Intuit plugin for business online banking will unfortunately not be available.
